TAIN'S Global Management Traineeship Program (GMTP)

And we also aim to promote from within the company, wherever possible. We run one of the most challenging management trainee programs around. The 12 week program gives recent graduates hands-on experience in our operations before taking up a permanent position. We push you to prove yourself earlier, so that you can rise faster.

Over the years our training programs have been designed, adapted and modified to meet the knowledge and skill requirements of our employee stakeholders and to keep them abreast of the latest developments in their respective fields. Behavioral and cross-functional training is also a part of how TAIN functions. Logical extensions, strategic diversifications and continuous growth have resulted in a multiplicity of opportunity for wider exposure and newer challenges that make TAIN’s canvas larger, richer and more fulfilling for ambitious young people.

Selection Process: Once you are convinced that we offer the traineeship program that best suits you, fill out the Global traineeship application form. After a rigorous scrutiny of several interested candidates, 9 are chosen for the interview stage for each traineeship position (at any given time TAIN has a minimum of 3 traineeship programs running concurrently).
