Work deadlines
We expect all partner stakeholders to meet deadlines as assigned or promised and non-compliance with this will be seen as a serious offense and will be dealt with appropriate action.

Business Decision
All decisions and actions must be based on the best interests of the firm, and must not be motivated by personal considerations or relationships. Relationships with prospective or existing suppliers, contractors or customers, competitors or regulatory authorities must not affect the independent and sound judgment to be made on behalf of the firm. If there exists a conflict of interest, it is best to disclose this.

Family members and close personal relationships
Partner stakeholders may not use personal influence to get our firm to do business with a firm in which they or their family members or friends have an interest.

Information Protection
All partner stakeholders will ensure that information important to our firm, should not be divulged in any form to any person or firm whereby such information will be harmful to the firm and its competitive edge. It is the responsibility of all partner stakeholders to ensure that sensitive information is not passed on to any outside agency whereby such information is used against the best interest of our firm and affects long-term stability.

Partners acting as agents
Partner stakeholders are not to enter into any agreement with any party where they will receive remuneration in the form of commission or fees for services rendered for the firm.

Equipment and effects
All partners will be directly responsible for the care and upkeep of all equipment and effects belonging to the firm that are in their charge. Any damage to these equipment/ effects will be reimbursed by the responsible partner.

Non-discrimination/ harassment
Partner stakeholders shall not discriminate/ harass on the grounds of gender, religion, caste, colour, creed, sexual leanings, political beliefs or disabilities towards our stakeholders.

Professionalism
Partner stakeholders are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Partner stakeholders are expected take pride in their work and show a personal commitment to quality. They will anticipate and not wait to be told what to do, they will show initiative and do whatever it takes to get the job done, and reach for responsibility. They will always look for ways to make things easier for those they serve, really listen to their needs, and learn as much as they can about the business of those they serve. Partner stakeholders are encouraged to be team players, honest, trustworthy, loyal, and open to constructive critiques on how to improve.

Monitoring
Partner stakeholders will regularly monitor ethical conduct and ensure that accessible systems are in place for partners and others to report potential violations.

Sexual Harassment
We prohibit sexual, physical, emotional and psychological harassment or intimidation by partner stakeholders. We have a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and will not hesitate to terminate the services of the offending partner stakeholder. A person knowingly making a false claim if proven will also face termination of their services.
